Safety: I think you're asking whether or not you can get pregnant if you're both on birth control pills and nursing a baby. The answer is yes, you can get pregnant so if you are having abdominal pain, you should definitely see your doctor to have a pregnancy test. In the future, unless you'd like to be pregnant again, make sure your partner wears a condom. Or you could practice abstinence!
