Mgt: A virtual consult .at be useful. If the cough continues or worsens you may need a course of antibiotics and a diagnostic work up.

A cough for 3 weeks, now with sputum, should be evaluated and managed in person. A physical exam is needed to help diagnose and determine if you need a chest X-ray or antibiotics Please go see a doctor

Cough?: At this point you would benefit from seeing you GP to have an exam and possibly an x-ray. 3 weeks is too long for it to just go away.
