Vaginal yeast: Some yeast infections are resistant to miconazole (Monistat). If you diagnosed yourself, see a doctor to confirm diagnosis and get professional treatment advice. If already under a doc's care, let the office know that you've had only partial improvement. Either way, additional tests may be necessary to be sure you don't have something else in addition to yeast.

Hmmm,...: Well, you could try one more course, but generally if the over the counter meds are not 100% effective, it may be time to see the Doctor, get the official diagnosis and get a Rx med that is often stronger. Best wishes.
