Difficult on line: This is a situation that needs a physical workup. Is it a ticking you hear then I would see an ENT ( ears nose throat) specialist to find if you have a middle or inner problem causing this sound with motion If its pain again the end can see if its a sinus condition but headaches throbbing see a neurologist sooner than later.
