Exam needed: Abnormal sweating with rather mild activities can be seen with hyperthyroidism or other hormonal imbalances. Swelling of hands and feet raises the question of fluid retention which is often caused by certain hormonal actions. The cough, productive of phlegm, may or may not require a course of antibiotics. See your physician for diagnosis and treatment. Appropriate tests can be ordered.
