See physician: At the very least, your daughter should see her pediatrician so that an exam can be performed and then the decision can be made as to whether or not an endocrinology referral is appropriate. Make her an appointment.

Mgt: I would recommend an endocrine consult . There are several conditions that may be considered. Was she exposed to any medications recently? How is her growth? Are there any medical problems?
