Medicine regulations: Unfortunately to keep costs down many countries restrict and change supplies of pharmaceuticals. Not sure exactly what the regulations are in Sth Africa. In some countries doctors are able to import the medicine for the patient but many like me choose not to due to liability risks. a consult may still be worthwhile however as there might be an available alternative for your needs.
