What tests and diagnostic imaging are used to check pituitary and hypothalamus function?

Endocrine stuff. : Usually speaking, we would gauge testing on presenting signs and symptoms of the patient. That being said, pituitary hormones include prolactin, growth hormone, TSH, FSH, LH, ACTH, ADH and oxytocin. In addition, MRI imaging of the pituitary can be entertained.
