Pseudotumor : The elevation of intracranial pressure in pseudotumor cerebri is different from hydrocephalus as the ventricles or spaces within the brain are not dilated. Without dilation of the 3rd ventricle it is unlikely that there is a hypothalamic dysfunction that would result in problems with temperature regulation. How much variation in body temperature has been observed?
