TMD/TMJ: This is a result of something called Tempororomandibular Dysfunction and in simple terms is a result of the articular disc getting trapped between the condyle of the mandible and the articular tubercle of the mandibular fossa. See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Temporomandibular_joint and then see a dentist with training and experience in this area.

Click/sore: Clicking and soreness indicate that the cartilaginous disk in your joint is out of position. You will have to see a Dentist to determine 1) Why the disk is out of position, and 2) What treatment would be appropriate.
