Need more info: Do you feel feverish? Are you doing your usual activities? Is you appetite okay? If you do not feel feverish and do not have any other symptoms, get a new thermometer and check your temperature again. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Urgent assessment: Is required here. May be some viral illness such as influenza but also very possible more serious cause such as meningitis or brain problem or other medical issue if ongoing fevers and headache. Please seek urgent medical attention as at the minimum will require physical examination and may if unclear require tests to make the diagnosis. All the best
