How long should i let dehydration go? i've been to my pcp and er with no help. h2o & food don't stay down. it's been about 6 days. any thoughts?

Dehydration ???: People with significant dehydration are given IV fluids to avoid organ shutdown (in or outpatient). If you are keeping down enough fluid value to urinate every 8-12 hours & have no other physical signs of dehydration outpatient efforts are the standard. Small volumes every few minutes don't trigger the stomach spasm that causes vomiting.
