Shoulder pain: If there is increased pain on motion of the shoulder or limitation of range of motion of the shoulder because of pain and if there's tenderness of the shoulder, the most likely problem is tendonitis or bursitis of the shoulder joint, unless you recently injured your shoulder. For tendonitis, apply heat alternating with cold and take anti-inflammatory medications like Advil or Aleve. See your MD.
