A member asked:

Can a pinched nerve cause swollen lymph nodes in the groin?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not likely: The definition of 'pinched nerve' is unclear here. The inguinal region is a common place for lymph node enlargement because the nodes drain a particularly 'dirty' area of the body. Nodes enlarge when they are fighting inflammation or tumors. If this persists or gets worse see a doctor.
