More info needed: You don't say what symptoms you have. Discharge? Painful urination? Cefixime (Suprax) and azithromycin treat gonorrhea and chlamydia, and also would be effective against other causes of nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). Since your symptoms haven't cleared up, you should return to the doctor or clinic treating you for further evaluation and perhaps additional testing or alternative treatment.
