No significant probl: When doctors say 'Probably' they mean 99% unlikely , so you have no reasons to worry unless you have some symptoms that bother you? Why did you have a MRI done in the first place? Right now you do not need to do anything about this report.

Not much: Could be a calcification. If the doctor is not concerned, then neither should you, unless you are having symptoms like headache, double vision etc.
