See your doctor: Assuming "wet" means you produce sputum (phlegm) when you cough, this is something to discuss with your doctor. Whether it needs treatment at all, and with what medications, depends on the likely causes and is influenced by other things, e.g. color of sputum, fever, etc. If you are a smoker, try to stop. In any case, contact your obstetrician for her advice.
