Watch out!: At 32 yo, you can have arthritis in your joint, but that term is used very loosely. I have seen patients that have been told they have horrible arthritis, but on x-rays and MRI there is still cartilage there. If you do have bone on bone arthritis, it is complicated at your age because a knee replacement will fail quickly. There might be an option to regrow your cartilage or realign your kneecap.
