In recovery from eating disorder for 3yrs. i'm 250lb & trying to get in shape safely. psymd & therapist aware & supportive. i get busy tho & realize mid-afternoon i've unintentionally only had a few hundred cal. i make it up, but should i worry?

Don’t worry. : Please remember that eating disorders are primarily emotional/psychological issues, not nutritional ones. You’re allowed to eat if you feel hungry and not feel like you’ve failed in some way.

If you suffer: from obesity, eating disorder, depression, anxiety disorder, ADHD and take lorazepam, concerta and trazodone - it is really important that you get your guidance from your treatment team. It is way beyond the scope of doctors who volunteer by providing general health information to be giving you advice. You deserve the care & input of your treatment team.
