Low blood pressure: If you are not getting lightheaded and dizzy then your blood pressure may not be low at all. Some people have lower blood pressure normally than other people. Generally longevity increases with lower blood pressure to a point. If you have no symptoms then it is probably normal.

Depends: On multiple issues. If you are symptomatic....Fatigued, lightheaded etc. If yes then it is too low. Also depends if you are taking medications to lower bp...Then it might be to low. Some people have BP in the 90's and that is normal for them. See your doctor.
