Yes: According to the manufacturer, you should delay performing the VagiSense test less than one day before or the day after your period, if there are signs of menses or vaginal bleeding; if it is <12 hours after intercourse or douching; if it is less than 72 hours after the application of vaginal preparations like contraceptive creams or lubricants.
