Stress?: Most likely cause of this symptom cluster is simply stress. Supe unlikely to be a heart problem at age 22 unless you're using recreational drugs or have some sort of unusual electrical conduction in the heart - very rare. If your concerned however, you should see your primary care physician to find out more. Hope this hElps!
