More questions: Need to consult a doctor. More information like how long, all the time, what makes it better or worse to help with the headache history. An exam would be useful as well. Sinusitis may present as a headache. A tumor could as well. Or just a tension type headache or maybe a muscle or eye strain headache. Consult a doctor for best treatment.
