There are numerous: "home remedies" to try to induce menses: destress (most important), hot bath/hot water bottle, exercise, various herbs (vitamin C, dong quay, parsley tea, Black Cohosh) -- all variably effective. The most reliable method is to see your doctor for evaluation to exclude thyroid and other disorders and then to consider prescription hormonal treatment: medroxyprogesterone for 10 days often works.
