Bladder spasms: You could have overactive bladder from dietary irritants. Test this out by removing from you diet all: chocolate, peppermint, tomato, citrus, spicy food, alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, and artificial sweeteners. After 2-3 weeks, try re-introducing each of these items one-by-one to see if a certain product causes your urinary frequency.
