Tyelonol for sinus a: You can take Tylelonol for sinus and cold ,also you can take pseudophed if that does not help ,tell your pcp to write you z-pack

Sinuses & pregnant: Most OTC remedies for allergies and sinuses are contraindicated during pregnancy. I would advise you meet up with your Obstetrician for an evaluation. Depending on what’s needed to treat you, safe options can be presented.
