Strained: lateral ABS (Abdominal muscles) can be very uncomfortable. If within firs 48 HOURS Apply ICE. After that apply (moist)HEAT. Take a NSAID in dosages noted on packaging! If not resolved one week get in person examination! Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
