Less water: Your condition is known as irritant dermatitis from too much exposure to soap and water. I suggest that you reduce the frequency of hand washing while avoided scented or antibacterial soap. Wear a non-latex glove whenever possible and apply moisturizer on your hands whenever feasible. Nothing works until the causative agent is removed.
