Watch antibacterial: soap you are washing with, as triclosan is a toxic substance in it plus alcohol is drying. So if you r touching your eyelids, you may be causing an eczematous dermatitis to occur. U need to make sure u aren't overwashing ur hands! Speak to ur PCP, as there are other ways to manage this! Your eye doctor will help with eyelid eczema, but you may need psychiatrist to help with excessive handwashing.

Eczema: Have you been diagnosed already with eczema? Other conditions could also cause similar breaking out. There is prescription creams that can help
