Paresthesias: Due to decreased blood circulation to your hands. Go to a good clinician and get a good history and physical exam. If appropriate get some labs and then treat.

Neuropathy: Pins and needle sensation or patesthsias may signal a compression neuropathy such as carpal tunnel or spinal stenosis or disc herniation. There are other causes and you should see a doctor in person for evaluation.
