Parathesias: Would go to ER today . Would evaluate for possible stroke ( both sides unusual), MS, transverse myelitis, may also be from cervical disc disease, may be Lyme, West Nile, if in your country, but the progression, is of concern and you are 44 years old. Go to ER .
