The "lumps" are: probably from shaving...irritation of hair follicles. The internal vaginal smells and irritation are likely unrelated. You don't share whether or not you are sexually active (most people don't shave unless they are). In any event, a vaginal infection and/or sexually transmitted disease should be considered. See your doctor for exam, tests and treatment. I would stop shaving. Stay well:)
