IBD: I’m uncertain as to how long you’ve been experiencing these symptoms. It could be a simple gastro bug if the duration is short. If it’s ongoing then this could be inflammatory bowel disease such as Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis. You need to discuss further with your GP
