Symptoms: The symptoms and signs of the common cold include nasal obstruction, rhinorrhea, throat irritation or laryngitis, fever and cough. If you have these symptoms you probably have a cold, but I suggest an exam at a clinic to rule out any other possible conditions which are more serious such as pneumonia or another infectious disease.
