Yes -in Moderation: Drinking alcohol by itself will not affect the results of a CT scan. That type of imaging test is relatively insensitive to the effects of alcohol at the cellular level in the brain.
Of course drinking alcohol in moderation is prudent. Drinking no alcohol at all, ever is the best recommendation I have, but of course this is hard to put into practice. Alcohol is a toxin you see.
