Need to examine: If you are overweight, losing weight is the single most important thing to do. Easier said than done. If you are diabetic, control of diabetes is important. If you drink alcohol, stop entirely. Review you medications, if any, with your doctor to ensure this is not due side effects of medication. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Fatty liver: These results suggest your fatty liver is rather severe. The only way to get improved test results is to take care of the problem causing fatty liver. Probably you need to entirely cease all alcohol; lose a lot of weight if you are obese; or remove other possible liver toxins from your environment. Follow your doctor's advice. Do it soon: this can lead to dangerous problems, e.g. cirrhosis.
