You need to see Gyn: There can be a host of reasons, anatomic ones, or muscular ones, that can cause sex to be painful. Lack of lubrication for instance. Tight kegel muscles (see: equestrians). Talk to your gynecologist to see what might be the issue and have a proper check of the vaginal area.
