Eustacian tube dysf: What you have is eustatcian tube dysfunction. It affects the drainage of the ear to the back of nose, due to your sinuses being tight. Therapy - prednsione or decongestion.

So I'm still dealing with this cold and my right ear is now thumping when I talk. I do have tinnitus. But not pulsatile. I know this is probably a muscle spasm, but why is this occurring? From my cold? I get them from time to time but not this long?
