Left side of heart: Need to find out what is the cause. Most likely rusty arteries. But would be unusual at your age unless you have familial hypercholesterolemia. Need more details.

Angiogram: A cardiologist can do a test called an angiogram where they insert a wire into an artery in your wrist or groin. They can then squirt dye inside the arteries that supply your heart with it's own blood supply. If they find a narrowing then commonly then can put a stent across the narrowing which opens things up again.

Minimizing risk : Studies show that not smoking, eating a heart healthy diet, managing your blood pressure, exercising , and taking statin medications can help your modifiable risk factors along with stress reduction and meditation. Consider a career change. If the blockage is enough, cardiologists can stent your heart or do a bypass surgery. Share EKGs for more info, stress test and cardiac MRI. Stay calm. :)
