i am 40 weeks + 3 days pregnant.. i was wondering if it is safe to take tagamet and benadryl together?

Yes: Pregnancy related nasal congestion may not respond well to Benadryl. It is also possible that the acid reflux is worsening the congestion, and that both will improve with Tagamet. That said, both are safe in pregnancy and do not adversely interact. Good luck!
