I have had a cough for about 2 weeks i've had diarrhea all day don't feel good no fever no vomiting and i'm cold but warm to the touch what can i do i?

Need evaluation.: Being you’ve been having symptoms for the past two weeks and if anything they’ve progressed, we can assume that whatever is happening is not going to stop on its own, as for example a viral infection would have by now. As such, an evaluation either in person with a local doctor or virtually with one of us would be in order.
