Gastroenteritis: You have a gastroenteritis which could have been caused by a virus (i.e. norovirus) or possibly some other germ. It sounds miserable- hopefully though you're improving. It is important to rest, and to take care of yourself -particularly by taking in lots of fluids to make up for what you lost. Things like chicken soup are ideal because they have fluid as well as salt. If you're not better call doc
