More than malaria: It sounds like there could be more than one problem here. GI symptoms like you describe could be due to other diseases that co-occur in malaria endemic areas. I would recommend getting additional lab tests ASAP since it sounds like you're quite debilitated from all this. You run the risk of severe dehydration and resultant complications. I would go to an ER/urgent care center. Hope you feel better
