A member asked:

I took a pregnancy test and their were 2 lines but both of them where half of a line. what does that mean.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sounds positive: If half of the control line is visible, and half of the positive line is visible, that is likely a positive test result. A person can repeat the test one time, in 3 days. If the positive line is visible on the repeat test, then a new baby is on the way! If the positive line does not appear, and her next regular period comes within a few weeks, she is confirmed not pregnant.
