Likely ok: Oral and rubbing has almost no risk of HIV transmission. By the way- 95% of the time using protection equals 0% protection. Many HIV tests take only an hour to run so that is not unusual. Consult with your doctor if you want a more dependable testing lab.

See below: Agree with Dr. Pool. To be sure get an HIV nucleic acid test at 6 months after the incident. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Low risk, valid test: There is no such thing as a "cheap" Ag/Ab test that is less reliable than others. And all the HIV blood tests are highly automated; they are almost impossible to screw up by lab error. Anyway, you had a zero risk exposure. You definitely did not catch HIV.
