Need more info.: More information about his symptoms would certainly be helpful, but if he’s in really severe pain you’d be best served getting him to an emergency room for an evaluation and some testing.

See doctor : Abdominal pain can be due to various reasons , some of them can be sinister and others can be due to simple things like tummy bug . More information is needed to make a diagnosis but if he is in lot of pain then please see a doctor immediately.
