Diarrhea getting worse after stopping the magnesium oxide? i haven't eaten anything with gluten and am not lactose intolerant. i did eat ham last night. now it is liquid with undigested food. no vomiting but gassy. gastroenteritis? food poisoning?

Many possibilities.: First of all it takes a day for the magnesium oxide to get thru. Infection is pretty common. There can be other food intolerances. Personally, I have a little trouble with large amounts of fruit juice (> 12 ounces) and also if I eat anything that gives me hives EXTERnally gives loose stools and gas INTERNally. Flagyl helps most infections. Increased fiber often helps.cannot say in your particular
