If : If the symptoms are not improving then he needs to be re-evaluated by his doctor or in an urgent care or er. There may be another issue going on such as pancreatitis, appendicitis, or choleycystitis. In the meantime make sure he drinks plenty of fluids and sees a doctor right away. Good luck.
