Review his diet...: Review his diet with his pediatrician. A 2 year-old should have a regular diet, with similar solid foods as a 3 year-old's diet but chopped or cut more finely. A diet of mainly milk usually is not healthy enough. If it is the texture he doesn't like, the solid foods can be mashed up or made into porridge-type soups. If a child has a new illness causing difficulty eating, his doctor can evaluate.
