How can i tell if a temperature is a fever or not?

Celcius 37 or F 98.6: Usually as per definition the normal body temp is 37 degree celcius or 98.6 degre fahrenheit. Anything more than that is called a fever, however there are grades of fever like low grade, mid grade or high grade.
